Meet The Trackers

Once I woke up I was so happy because I was going to be a tracker. I went to the cafeteria where Bill wished me good luck. I was flattered by my best friend's encouragement as I ran to Alpha Coach Patty's classroom. When I arrived I finally met my fellow trackers. The leader of the tracker program is named Tony Monoghan. The vice president is named Travis Brodes. The other trackers are named Brian Happy known as Bayern, Steve Wallace, and Rover Muller (not the smartest guy I've met). After introductions, Alpha Coach Patty gave us our new armor/uniforms and a weapon of our choice. Then we went to the Medical Classroom to get our supplies. I saw Michael Lopez again and we met another Medical Student. Her name was Ally Keane. Ally and Michael gave us our food, water, and sleeping bags for the journey to Moonrise Light. They also gave us a disgusting medicine called  hunger herbs due to the food shortage. When we finished getting prepared for the quest, Ryan met up with us. He told us good luck as we began our quest. I promise to save Sunset Shadows from this crisis.

School Life

My friends were very surprised that I volunteered to join the tracker program. I told them the main reason why I joined the tracker program, which relieved my friends' surprising nature. The school bell rang for second hour class. My second hour class is called AVICT, which stands for Advanced Via Individual Combat Training. Once again I was late for class and this always makes my AVICT teacher, Mr. Mount. Afterwards he warned me that if my AVICT rank is not above 20 that I would be automatically expelled from the class entirely. Lunch was same old same old, hanging out with my friends. We talked about our class ranks especially Marcus and Jimmy. After lunch was PCE, which stands for Physical Combat Training. Our teacher, Pitbull, separated us into two teams for DodgeRock (not to be confused with DodgeBall). The two teams were popular and unpopular. I was part of the unpopular side. As the game went on, Pitbull decided to join the popular side. Pitbull decided to throw a rock directly at my face, leaving me to go to the Medical Classroom. When the Medical Student, Michael Lopez, told me that I would be fit to run tomorrow, I was stoked. Tomorrow is the day I will be a tracker.

My Surprising Choice

I can not believe what just happened. I have just made the biggest and most surprising choice of my high school career. I have volunteered myself to join the tracker program in order to go on a dangerous mission to Moonrise Light High School. Oh yeah, I forgot. You probably don't even know what a tracker is. Trackers are sent to spy on other schools. I volunteered myself for two reasons. One, the tracker program has a major shortage in trackers and two this could be my one chance to prove to the whole school that Danny Starlight is not just a little warrior. Ryan informed all of us that the trackers will go on their special mission tomorrow. I am ready to become a tracker.

THE BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH MY GOD!!!!!!! Something terrible has happened to our school. We have lost our northern territory to our rival school, Moonrise Light High School. The northern territory is where we grow most of our food. Our vice president, Ryan Zee Celaya, made the tragic announcement during the morning announcements. My best friend, Bill Walnut, wanted us to go to war against Moonrise Light. I told him that Moonrise Light outnumbers us in soldiers, weapons, and armor. He just gave me a look as Ryan continued to talk about our tragic loss........

Introduction

Hello everybody. My name is Danny Starlight and I am the main protagonist to the novel, School Wars: The Prophecy of Light. I am a junior attending Sunset Shadows High School located in the 11th Section in Bellum. I am only a warrior rank, which is embarrassing considering I am already a junior. In Bellum we have rankings or statuses; Trainees (Freshman), Warriors (Sophomore),  Beta (Juniors and Seniors), and Alpha (High Ranked Seniors). My goal for my junior year is to become a beta trooper and hopefully leave a mark on the school once and for all. Oh what a year that will be.
